Until now, the imposing One Connect box made it possible to deport the connections of Samsung televisions, but for some users, the placement of the box could prove to be complicated. With the new Attach Slim One Connect case, Samsung brings together the best of both worlds by offering a case that can be deported, but also placed – almost invisibly – on the back of the foot.

Attached to the back of the foot, the Slim One Connect box is particularly discreet, especially since all the connections are hidden by a cover. The power cable passes through a channel on the lower part of the case and the connectors also come out right next to it. The box is connected to the television by a short cable of about ten centimeters.

In addition to this small cable, Samsung provides a 2,5 m cable that allows you to deport the box. This is very useful when the TV is wall mounted. This greatly facilitates the installation by avoiding making a groove in the wall or even installing a trunking.

Still, the new One Connect cable is much thicker than the one found on last year's Qled models. According to Samsung, the diameter has been reinforced for the American market where many problems have been encountered (it is assumed that some users did not really understand the concept by leaving the cable lying around in the middle of the living room). We therefore end up with a larger cable that is less easy to integrate. The fact remains that the concept is now perfectly complete and that this box is suitable for both those who want to use their television on a TV stand and those who want to install it on the wall in a simpler way.
