Write backwards on WhatsApp
As I mentioned at the opening of the post, for write backwards on WhatsApp it is necessary to turn to third-party solutions, since the famous instant messaging app does not integrate an ad hoc writing mode that allows you to do such a thing. In this case, you can address both to some online services usable directly from the browser of your mobile device or your PC, which to some free apps for Android and iPhone.
Upside Down Text (Online)
One of the first solutions I recommend you turn to to write the text to be sent on WhatsApp chats in reverse is Upside Down Text: it is a free online service that is really simple to use and which, as easily understood by its name, allows you to overturn the text of your messages.
To use it, connected to its main page, type the text you want to overturn in the box located under the heading Type text, words, letters, or symbols here and check the item Upside Down Effect (Flips text) to flip the text and / or onto the item Backwards Effect (Reverses text) to reverse it.
Now you just have to copy the text in the box located after the wording Copy this text to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, MySpace, MSN, AIM, Gmail, Word, etc: and paste it into WhatsApp. If you would like more information on how to proceed, take a look at the dedicated chapter in the last part of the tutorial.
Flip Your Text (Online)
Flip Your Text is another online service that you can use to reverse the texts of the messages you want to send to your contacts on WhatsApp. Its operation is almost identical to Upside Down Text (which I told you a little while ago) but in some ways it is even easier to use since you don't have to check any option to format the text: just choose the style you prefer to use by copying the text from one of the proposed boxes and pasting it directly on the WhatsApp chat in which you want to send it.
To use Flip Your Text for your purpose, first connect to its home page and type the message you want to format in the text field Enter Your Text Here, located at the top of the page. Now all you have to do is select the formatting style you prefer by copying the text from one of the four text fields on the page: in the first box the text is overturned; in the second the text is formatted with themirror effect; in the third box the text is both upside down than mirrored and in the fourth and last box the text is reverse.
Once you've found the formatting style you prefer, copy the formatted text and paste it into WhatsApp to send it to one of your contacts. If you need more information on how to proceed, please consult the dedicated chapter that you find in the last part of the post.
Text Inverter (Android)
Did you not like the solutions I have proposed so far? Then I advise you to try Text Inverter, a free app available only for devices Android which is really simple to use: after installing it on your smartphone or tablet, just start it, type the text you want to format backwards, copy it and then paste it into a WhatsApp chat.
If you have already installed Text Inverter on your device, start the app and type in the text field Enter the text to be inverted here and then click on "INVERT" the message you want to write backwards; then press the button REVERSE located on the left, immediately after the red line.
As if by "magic", the text you wrote at the top of the screen will be reversed: you just have to copy and paste it into WhatsApp. In case you have problems carrying out this simple operation, help yourself by reading the information you find in the last chapter of this guide.
TextPics (iPhone)
You have a iPhone? In this case, the app that I reported to you in the previous lines is not for you, since it is not available in the App Store. But you have no reason to fear - you can use one of the many apps similar to Text Inverter, such as the well-known one TextPics (which I already told you about in the tutorial where I explained how to send text emojis on WhatsApp). Let's find out together how to best use it.
After installing TextPics on your iPhone, start it by pressing on its icon on the Home screen, tap on the item TextPics located at the bottom left, scroll to the bottom of the displayed screen and press the green button Crazy Text be more crazy.
In the screen that opens, type the text you want to flip into the text field Please enter message; then presses the blue button located after the voice Tap the bubble to send, select the voice Copy to clipboard and paste the copied text into the WhatsApp chat where you want to send the reverse written message. Paste the text written backwards on WhatsApp
After formatting the message using one of the solutions mentioned in the previous lines, you just have to paste the text written backwards on WhatsApp. This is a really simple operation to do, but if you have doubts about how to proceed, just keep reading.
Android
To paste the text written backwards on WhatsApp in a message, launch the messaging app on your device Android, presses on the card Chat located at the top left, press on the symbol of comic located at the bottom right, presses the icon of magnifying glass located at the top right, write the contact name (or of the group) to send the message to and presses on his name.
Then tap on typing bar located at the bottom, press again on the typing bar and press the button Paste that appears on the screen (it is assumed that you have already copied the message written backwards). Finally, press on the symbol ofairplane located on the right to forward the message written backwards and that's it.
If you want, you can also paste the text written backwards on the State: in this case you have to press on the card State located at the top, tap on the symbol of pen located at the bottom right, press on the text field Write your status, tap on the item Paste and press the icon ofairplane to publish the message on the state.
If, on the other hand, you want to paste the text written backwards in the Info, proceed as follows: press the symbol (⋮) located at the top right, tap on the item Settings, tap on yours name and surname, presses on the sentence under the heading Info and telephone number and, in the screen that opens, tap on the symbol of pen located in the box Currently set as. To conclude, clears the message currently set as WhatsApp Info, paste the text written backwards and presses on the voice OK. Semplice, see?
iPhone
To paste the text written backwards on WhatsApp in a message, open the messaging app on your iPhone, presses on the card Chat located at the bottom right, press on the symbol of pen placed at the top, write the contact name (or of the group) to send the message to and presses on his name.
Then tap on typing bar located at the bottom, press again on the typing bar, press the button Paste that appears on the screen (after copying the message written backwards) and, finally, presses on the symbol of theairplane located on the right to forward the message written backwards. Easier than that ?!
The same procedure can also be performed for the creation of the State: in this case you must first press on the item State located at the bottom left, then tap on the symbol of pen located in correspondence with the item My status, press on the text field Write your status, press on the item Paste and tap on the symbol ofairplane to publish the text message about the state.
If, on the other hand, you want to paste the text written backwards in the Info, act as follows: press on the card Settings located at the bottom right, tap on yours name and surname, presses on the sentence under the heading Info, tap on the sentence under the heading Currently set as and, in the screen that opens, clears the message currently in use, paste the text written backwards and presses on the voice Save which is located at the top right.
PC
Do you want to send a message written backwards on WhatsApp directly from PC, using the WhatsApp Web service or the WhatsApp Desktop client for Windows and macOS? No problem: after logging into your account (if you have difficulty, you can proceed by following the instructions published in the tutorial on using WhatsApp on PC), locate the chat in which to send the message written backwards and, after copying the latter, right click on typing bar of WhatsApp, select the item Paste e premi sull'icona dell 'airplane to forward the message.
If, on the other hand, you want to change the Info of WhatsApp from the PC by entering the sentence written backwards, presses on your profile photo located at the top left, click on the symbol of pen located in the box Info, remove the currently set phrase, paste the one written backwards and come on Submit on the keyboard. Mission accomplished!
