To use it, connected to the appropriate section of the City post office website, enter the tracking code of the registered letter you wish to monitor in the field Search for shipments and presses the button Submit on your computer keyboard or click on the button in the shape of magnifying glass located on the right.
When the search is complete, expand the section Your shipments and then that Shipping details, you will be able to view all the steps carried out by your shipment and the current status of the latter. For example, if the registered letter is Taking charge it means it is being worked on, if it turns out In transit it means that the transfer from one Operations Center to another is in progress, while if it appears Delivering it means that it has arrived at the delivery facility and will soon reach its destination. Either way, you can find out the exact meaning of each delivery status by exposing the section Shipping status legend.

As easily from its very name, this is the official application of City post office that allows you to track registered mail and all other shipments, find post offices throughout the city, pay bills, send telegrams and much more. It is completely free and is available for both Android and iOS.

Next, you have to tap the button New research, you must type the tracking code of the registered letter in the appropriate text field and you must press the button Proceed. Alternatively, you can also press the button Read camera code and search for a shipment by scanning a barcode with the smartphone camera.

If you have an Android smartphone or tablet and if the official application above did not satisfy your needs, you can contact the app Deliveries Package Tracker to search for registered post. It is one of the best resources around to track shipments, it supports City post office, SDA, BRT, TNT, UPS, DHL, GLS and many other cittàn and international couriers. It can be downloaded and used for free but some advanced features require a one-time in-app purchase of 5,99 euros, 2,49 euros per year or 60 cents per month (you can also pay 1,99 euros one-time for removal of the advertising banners present in the app).

The app costs 4,99 euros but has no limitations whatsoever. Recommended separately, it also allows Amazon shipments to be tracked automatically by forwarding order confirmation emails to an email address provided by the app. In addition, the companion app for Apple Watch is available and a variant for Mac is also available (also sold for 4,99 euros) that synchronizes with the one for iOS and allows you to conveniently track shipments directly from your computer.
The operation of Deliveries is almost similar to that of the applications to search for registered post already indicated in the previous lines. In fact, to use the app you just need to press the button + (plus symbol) which is located at the top right and fill in the form that opens with the tracking number of the shipment to be traced plus the name of the service with which the latter was carried out.
