Preliminary operation
To log in to Sky Go you must first activate the service that allows you to watch the channels and all the on-demand content of your Sky subscription also from your computer, smartphone and tablet. If, therefore, you have not yet activated Sky Go, connected to the official Sky website, click on the button Login at the top right, enter your login details in the fields Username or indirect email e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Log in.
If you have not yet registered on the Sky site, click on the item Not registered? Create your Sky ID now, inseerisci i tuoi dati nei campi Client code, Tax Code, Email address e Password, verify your identity by placing the check mark next to the option I'm not a robot e pulsing sul pulsating Continue. To complete the registration and activate the newly created account, access your e-mail box, locate the email sent by Sky and click on the activation link contained therein.
After connecting to the Sky site with your Sky ID, log in to the area do-it-yourself, tap on the item Promotions, locate the box Sky Go and presses the relative button Discover to proceed with activation. If you don't see the box Sky Go, it means that you have been a Sky customer for less than a year and you cannot access the service for free.
However, you can activate Sky Go Plus at a cost of 5,40 euros / month, which is nothing more than a version of Sky Go with additional features, such as the possibility of carrying out the download for free of content on demand, of to record programs, to take advantage of the function Restart to watch a program that has already been running since its inception and which allows you to associate up to 4 devices with your Sky ID (against 2 for Sky Go). Access Sky Go from smartphones and tablets
Access Sky Go from smartphones and tablets it's a quick and easy procedure. All you have to do is download the service application, available for free for Android and iOS devices, and enter the login details associated with your Sky ID.
If the Sky Go app is not yet installed on your device equipped with Android, start the Play Store pressing on its icon (the colored ▶ ︎ symbol) on the home screen, tap on the search field at the top and type "Sky Go”In the field Close your Google Play. After starting the search by pressing the icon of magnifying glass, locate Sky Go (The white Sky lettering on a blue background) among the search results and presses the button Install to start downloading the app.
A iPhone or iPad, to download Sky Go start theApp Store (The "A" bianca his azzurro background), tap on the item Search present at the bottom and write "Sky Go”In the field Search up. Then press the button Search, locate Sky Go among the search results (it should be the first result), tap the button Get and confirm the download with Face ID, Touch ID or Apple ID password.
Now that Sky Go is installed on your device, launch the app in question and choose any channel to play. In fact, in order to access the service with your own credentials, it is necessary to start playing a channel on air.
On the main screen of Sky Go, then locate the section On air now, tap on one of the channels available and presses the ▶ ︎ button, then press the item Log in, pigia sul pulsating Or login, enter your Sky ID data in the fields Username or indirect email e Password and press pulsating Log in per effettuare l'accesso.

If, on the other hand, you are a Sky Q customer and have one Sky Q Platinium, to access Sky Go from your smartphone or tablet you will need to download the application Sky Go for Sky Q customers available for Android and iOS devices.
After downloading the app in question on your smartphone or tablet, make sure that your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network to which your decoder is connected, then start the Sky Go app for Sky Q customers and wait for the Sky Q Platinium decoder is detected by the app. Then press the button Synchronize to complete the synchronization between the two devices and you will be able to watch the contents of your subscription without having to log into your account and without having to associate the device in use with your Sky ID.
To watch the channels and on-demand content included in your subscription from smartphones and tablets even when you are away from home (or not connected to your Wi-Fi network), start playing a channel, enter your login details in the fields Username or indirect email e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Log in.
For Sky Q customers with Sky Q Black the Sky Go app is not available for Sky Q customers. In this case, it is possible to access the contents of your subscription from smartphones and tablets using the Sky Go app, following the instructions provided in the previous paragraphs.
Access Sky Go from PC
Be your intention è access Sky Go from PC, you should know that the latter is no longer usable from a web browser but, to access the programming of the contents included in your subscription, you need to download a special software and log in with your Sky ID.
If, therefore, Sky Go is not yet installed on your computer, connected to the official website of the service, press the button Download Sky Go and wait for it to download. Now, if you have a PC Windows, double-click the file SkyGoInstaller.exepigia sui pulsanti Run e Install and wait for the installation to complete.

After downloading and installing the Sky Go software, you are ready to log into your account and enjoy the contents of your subscription even from your computer. However, as you have surely noticed, there is no button to login: all you have to do to access your Sky ID is to start playing a channel.
On the main screen of Sky Go, locate, therefore, the section On air now, fai clic sull 'immagine d'anteprima of one of the available channels and presses the button Look now. The screen to log into your account will appear automatically: then click on the button Or login, enter your login details in the fields Username or Email Address e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Log in.
You must know that you have 5 attempts to access your account: if you exceed this limit by entering incorrect access data, your Sky account will be temporarily blocked and you will not be able to access Sky Go. Make sure, therefore, that the access data in your possession are correct, otherwise locate the entry Forgot your email or password? e fai clic sull'opzione e-mail to retrieve the email associated with your Sky ID or on the voice Password to start the procedure for restoring your access key.
After logging in to Sky Go for the first time, it will be useful to know that you will not have to repeat this operation again. In fact, by starting the service software again, you can immediately start playing the channels or on-demand content of your interest.
If, on the other hand, you are wondering how to access Sky Go Plus, as mentioned above, you should know that the latter is a version of Sky Go with more features. If, therefore, you have activated Sky Go Plus, the software and the access procedure are identical to those indicated for Sky Go.
How to exit Sky Go
exit Sky Go just close the application on your smartphone or tablet and the software on your computer. If, on the other hand, you are wondering how to log out of Sky Go, you should know that with the new version of the service there is no such function.
If your intention is simply to no longer use Sky Go, simply delete the application or software from your device and remove it from the devices associated with your Sky Go, a procedure that you can perform either by accessing the area do-it-yourself of the Sky website that from the Sky Go settings (Settings - Device management).
If, on the other hand, you need to log in to Sky Go with two Sky IDs from the same computer, you will have to uninstall the program and remove all data associated with it (you can do this using programs such as Revo Uninstaller on Windows and AppCleaner on macOS), after which you will have to proceed with a new installation, log in and repeat the procedure every time you want to switch from one account to another. The procedure is simpler from smartphones and tablets. If you have a device Android, first start the app, tap the ≡ button, select the items Settings e Device management and delete the device in use, then access Settings of Android by tapping on the icon rotella d'ingranaggio present on the home screen, click on the item Account, select options Sky IT e Sky Go e pulsing sul pulsating Delete account.
