TorrentSeeker
TorrentSeeker is a search engine that allows you to search for torrent files using the databases of over 100 different sites, such as Extratorrent, RARBG, 1337x, Zooqle, Kickass Torrents and many others. It has a very essential interface and its operation is disarming simplicity: to carry out a search, all you have to do is type the name of the file to search for in the appropriate bar placed in the center of the home page and give Submit.
Once on the page with the search results, locate the file you are interested in downloading and click on it. This will open the site of origin of the torrent and, from there, you can proceed to download the torrent via magnet link or classic file with the .torrent extension. The buttons (or items) to click to start the download may vary from site to site, so I can't be very precise in my directions. In any case, you should be able to easily identify the options to download the files of your interest.
Please note that many sites used by TorrentSeeker to provide its results are censored by cittàn providers: to view them, you must use international DNS, such as Google or OpenDNS, as I explained to you in my tutorial on how to change DNS.
IsoHunt
IsoHunt is an absolute reference for searching torrent files online. It is not a "pure" search engine, in the sense that it has its own database in which it indexes files, it does not rely on external sites, but this does not affect the quantity and quality of the results, on the contrary.
To search for a file on IsoHunt, linked to the home page of the site and use the search bar located at the top left. Alternatively, click on one of the file categories listed in the left sidebar (Anime, Software, GAMES, Movies, Music etc.) and browse the most popular files of the moment based on their category.
When you find a file of your interest, click on its title and choose whether to download it directly via the magnet link (by pressing the magnet) or whether to download the .torrent file on your PC to be fed to uTorrent, qBitTorrent or another client for the BitTorrent network (by pressing the button Download torrent).
You can sort the files according to the number of sources available, click on S located on the right of the table with the search results.
1337X
Did the resources to search for torrents that I have already indicated did not meet your expectations? Well, in that case don't throw in the towel just yet and take a look at 1337X. If you have never heard of it, know that this is a torrent site with an autonomous database in which the average quality of the contents is very high and the navigation between the sections is very intuitive.
If you want to search for torrents with 1337X click here to connect to the main Web page of the Internet site. Then fill in the field Search for torrents… located at the top right by typing the keywords on the basis of which you want to find what you are interested in and then click on the red button Search.
At this point you should see the list of search results. If you wish, you can order the displayed results as you see fit by clicking on the menu Sort by… present at the top right and then selecting the desired criterion from those available. Personally I suggest you select the option Sort by Seeders in such a way as to more easily identify the files with the highest number of seeds or those that allow you to have a higher download speed. If, on the other hand, no results are visible, most likely no file is available for the keywords used for the search.
Once you have identified the torrent file of your interest, presses the title of the same and then presses the red button Torrent download for free present at the top to download the torrent file to your computer. You can also press the green button Magnet download to use the magnet link.
Alternatively you can search for torrents with 1337x faster by taking advantage of the sidebar which contains quick links to movies, music, applications and other files.
