In fact, at the current state of affairs not all telephone operators in your language support the ability to pay WhatsApp with credit and not all smartphones allow you to do this. Unfortunately, that's the way it is.
The only telephone operators in your language that allow you to pay for WhatsApp with credit are wind e TIM. Furthermore, the functionality is accessible only and exclusively on Android e Windows Phone. So, if you use an iPhone or have a SIM with an operator other than the ones I just mentioned, I'm sorry but at the moment it is not possible to pay Whatsapp with credit but you must use one of the standard payment methods.
Make sure that you are in possession of a SIM from one of the two operators mentioned and that the smartphone in your possession is based on the Android or Windows Phone platform in order to pay WhatsApp with credit, the first thing you need to do is to start the application . To do this, grab your device, press the WhatsApp icon and then wait for the screen of the same to be visible.
