If the Play Store is not present on your Samsung smartphone or, even if it is available, you cannot use it? Do not despair: you can use WhatsApp by installing it through the relative APK file, that is, via its installation package.
To do this, you must first enable the function that allows you to install apps from unknown sources on the device (i.e. from sources other than the Play Store) in the Android settings. Next, you need to get the WhatsApp installation file via the application website or third party portals and install it "manually". But let's go in order.

Download WhatsApp on tablet
Possiedi a Samsung tablet and would you like to understand if there is a way to download WhatsApp for free even in this case? Well the answer is yes! Even if WhatsApp is an app designed to work on smartphones and computers (via the Web counterpart and the official client for Windows and macOS, as I explained to you in detail in my guide on how to use WhatsApp on a PC), practice some small tricks the operation in question becomes feasible.
To be precise, if the tablet you own is equipped with the Cellular module (i.e. if it has a special drawer in which to place the SIM), you can download WhatsApp by practically following the same procedure as previously seen for the smartphone side, using, in this case, the number of the SIM inserted in the device.
If, on the other hand, your tablet does not have support for the cellular network, you can proceed to activate WhatsApp using the number of another mobile phone on which the application is not installed and on which you do not intend to install it in the future. WhatsApp, in fact, allows you to use only one mobile device per number, so by installing the application on your tablet you will no longer be able to use it on your phone and vice versa. Take that into account!
And if you necessarily need to use the same WhatsApp account on both mobile and tablet, you can take advantage of some special third-party apps that take advantage of WhatsApp Web and that promise to offer a better mobile user experience (even if they are often full full of advertisements and have some bugs). For further information on this and regarding the practices described above, I invite you to refer to my tutorial dedicated specifically to how to install WhatsApp on tablets.
