Third party tools
To conclude, as they say, I want to report that if you have unlocked your iPhone by subjecting it to the procedure of jailbreak, as I explained to you in my tutorial dedicated specifically to the topic, you can download and install the tweak Watusi which adds numerous additional functions to WhatsApp.
One of these is the request for confirmation for calls, which prevents a telephone call via VoIP from being automatically initiated by pressing the handset icon. Instead of the phone call, a menu is shown that allows you to choose whether to make the call via the WhatsApp VoIP system or via the standard telephone line (as happened in the older versions of the application).
