How to send a document from WhatsApp to email on Android

After completing the above steps, the composing a new email via the selected app. So, in the new screen that appears, fill in the field A with the recipient's email address and enter the body of the message in the space provided.

If you have to send multiple documents received on WhatsApp simultaneously, I'm sorry to tell you but this is not feasible by acting directly from the famous instant messaging app. However, you can remedy this by taking the files of your interest directly from the smartphone memory, as long as you have enabled the option for automatic saving of files on the device.
You can find the aforementioned setting by tapping the button with i three dots located at the top right of the main WhatsApp screen, by selecting the item Settings from the menu that opens, then that Data usage and archiving and ticking the option Documents visible after tapping on the items How much do you use the mobile network, When connesso processes Wi-Fi e When I was roaming, based on what your needs are.
If, therefore, you have activated the automatic download of documents in WhatsApp, to find them, open the File Manager that you usually use on your device (eg Google files), navigate to the location WhatsApp / Media / WhatsApp Documents and select the folder Private (if you want to recover the documents you received) or that sent (if you want to recover some documents you sent).
Then locate the files of your interest, make a long press on first document to send and select all the others, by tapping on the relative ones names, then press onsharing icon and touches theemail app icon you use on your device from the menu that opens. After viewing the email manager app screen, the chosen documents will be added as an attachment to the message to be sent. Then fill in the field A with the recipient's email address and enter the body of the message in the space provided.
Field Subjectinstead, it will automatically populate with the title of the document (or the last one selected, in case you want to send more files). How to send a document from WhatsApp to email from a computer
If you are interested in understanding how to send a document from WhatsApp to email by acting from computer, know that you can proceed both using the WhatsApp client for Windows and macOS and WhatsApp Web (the Web version of the famous messaging service working from any browser and operating system).
For starters, if you want to use the WhatsApp client, open the application in question by selecting the relevant one collegamento that you find in Windows Start menu or in MacOS Launchpad. If, on the other hand, you want to use Web WhatsApp, open the browser you usually use to surf the Net (eg Chrome) and go to the main page of the service.

If you want to download multiple documents simultaneously, I inform you that if you are acting from the section Media, links and documents> Doc application, you can affix the checkmark on the box visible next to the preview of each file and proceed with the download of all the elements of your interest, by clicking on the icon with the down arrow appearance at the top right.
After completing the above steps, open the client for managing e-mail (eg Outlook) or the Webmail service (eg. Gmail) that you usually use on your computer and start the composing a new message, by clicking on the item or button provided for the purpose.
