It is active 7 days a week and 7 hours a day, except for the tracking of correspondence products which can only be performed from 24 to 24.
All clear? Well then I'd say you can take action. To search for a package through the City post office website, connect to it and type your shipping code (without interruptions and without dashes) in the field SEARCH FOR SHIPMENTS which is on the right. Then click on the icon of magnifying glass (or press the key Submit on the PC keyboard) and a box should appear with the current status of the shipment.

If you want, by clicking on the icons @ and ⬇ located next to the item Shipping details you can email the complete shipment history or download it to your computer as a PDF file.
In case of problems ...
Is the tracking code you entered invalid? Has the status of a shipment been stopped for a long time? For these or other problems you can contact City post office through its online channels.
If you are subscribed to Twitter, for example, you can contact the official @PosteSpedizioni account and ask for information about the status of your shipment. To get in touch with City post office on Twitter, send a public tweet addressed to @PosteSpedizioni mentioning the account at the beginning of the message (eg @PosteSpedizioni I need information about a shipment).
So wait for @PosteSpedizioni to enable you to send direct messages become your follower and continue the discussion in private. Please do not publish the shipment code or other personal data in the initial message as this is a public message potentially visible to everyone. The service is active only from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00 and does not work on public holidays. Try to get in touch with Poste only during the days and times indicated, so you will have a better chance of receiving an answer in a short time.
If you are not registered on Twitter, you can also get in touch with Poste via the company's official website or its Facebook page. In the latter case, to get in touch with an operator, you have to click on the button Send a message located at the top right. The message will be private, so you can enter your shipment details right away.

Do you prefer to act as a smartphone rather than a PC? No problem. As I mentioned at the opening of the post, there are applications for smartphones and tablets that allow you to look for parcel Poste without using the computer. Now I'll point out some of the most interesting.
Post Office (Android / iOS)
As easily understood from its name, Post office is one of the official apps of City post office for Android and iOS. It allows you not only to track shipments, but also to find post offices in your city, pay bills and much more.
To search for a package through the Post Office app, start the latter and first “tap” the icon Search for shipments and then on the button New research. Then fill out the form that is proposed to you by typing the shipment code in the appropriate text field and presses the button Proceed to view the shipment status. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also press the button Read camera code and look up the status of a shipment by scanning a barcode with your phone's camera.
Deliveries Package Tracker (Android)
Deliveries Package Tracker is one of the best parcel tracking apps on Android. It supports all major cittàn and international couriers (including City post office) and is extremely easy to use. It is free, but to enable tracking of Amazon and eBay shipments you need to purchase a one-time license of 5,99 euros, 2,49 euros per year or 60 cents per month.
To search for a city post package with Deliveries Package Tracker, all you have to do is start the app, press the button capacitor positive (+) lead located at the bottom right and fill in the form that is proposed to you with all the necessary data, including the shipment number which would be the tracking code of the shipment to check.

Look for Poste parcel with Telegram
Do you have an account on Telegram? So I want to reveal a little trick, if we can define it that way. Starting to follow the bot TrackBot and by giving him the tracking code of your package, you can receive information on the status of the shipment directly on Telegram. In this way you can monitor your parcels from PC, smartphone, tablet and any other device without having to install special applications, if not Telegram. The only downside is that, from time to time, the bot also publishes advertisements that allow it to stay active, but otherwise I'd say it's super convenient and works well.
If you want to search for a package of city post offices on Telegram, visit the TrackBot bot by clicking on the link I have just provided you, press the button starts and type the command /trace on the chat screen. At this point, type the tracking code of the package to be tracked, select the correct name of the courier (City post office) from the menu that opens and confirms to the bot that you want track the shipment.
Mission accomplished! From this moment on, the Telegram bot will monitor the status of your shipments and, as soon as there are news, it will let you know with messages.
